I wish to express my sincere thanks to Vicki Turner for her naturopathic services and fantastic support with our health and fertility issues. With Vicki’s help we have achieved our health and fertility goals - we could not have done it without her!

With my husband and I in very stressful work situations we were not living healthy lifestyles and we were not in an optimal position to grow our family as we had dreamed of for some time. After a history of miscarriage and a pre-term emergency caesarean with my son some years earlier we were concerned about what may lie ahead with trying for another baby. Vicki listened and really understood the dreams we had as a family. She empathised with our situations, took into consideration our preferences and beliefs, and partnered with us to achieve our goals.

Vicki guided us through the testing and assessment phase of the pre-conception program and in consultation with us developed a program that was achievable for our lifestyle. She monitored our progress closely and went beyond the call of her role in responsively following up additional concerns we had and empathetically talking us through the options. Vicki did not just focus on one area of our situation or on one person particularly. Her approach is holistic considering each of us as individuals and as a couple, and looking at all areas of our lives. We believe Vicki’s sincere care giving approach and her professional expertise and extensive experience has been instrumental in guiding us through the program and achieving such positive outcomes.

Vicki was encouraging and always looked to the solution. She helped us believe our dream was possible and now we have realised our family goals and have improved our lifestyle so we can fully enjoy our family and the gift of our new baby!

As a complimentary service to my pre-conception program and pregnancy support with HFM I commenced acupuncture treatment with Machelle Boothroyd.   Machelle’s treatment was extremely effective in addressing several pregnancy complaints and general health concerns that arose during my pregnancy. I felt very much at ease with Machelle and knew I was in good hands at all times.

Although Machelle has extensive experience in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is her genuine care for me as a patient that I found most reassuring. Machelle completed a thorough assessment with me prior to any hands on treatment and understood what was happening for me both physically, emotionally and psychologically. Machelle then tailored her treatment on each visit to address my presenting concerns and to continue the long term treatment plan and goals we agreed together.

After each visit I immediately felt revitalised and experienced lasting results particularly in improving the back and pelvic pain I experienced during my pregnancy.   Machelle’s acupuncture treatment helped ward off threatening illness during my pregnancy and also assisted in preparing me for a positive birth experience.

I thoroughly enjoyed my treatments with Machelle and will certainly return for future treatments.

Entering the Health and Fertility Matters (HFM) clinic I always feel an immediate sense of peace and calm.
