Initial face-to-face consultations are a hallmark of holistic healthcare where useful clinical information is gained. Detailed reporting of physical and mental/emotional ailments, establishment of patient-practitioner rapport, all give practitioners vital clues for treatment planning.

Today, with our busy work and personal lives, online audio-visual consultations are an alternative to face-to-face consultations. Whilst the latter is preferred, there are situations where skype/telephone consultations can enable more convenient and accessible healthcare delivery without compromising patient safety.

At Health and Fertility Matters we are happy to provide Naturopathic and Fertility consultations using online audio-visual communication technology to assist the provision of patient care where face-to-face in clinic consultation is not possible.
